Senator Christine (Tina) Tartaglione meets with representatives of The Arc of Philadelphia to discuss legislation which would require state funding to match federal funds to prepare students with intellectual disabilities for employment in the community. Senator Tartaglione, a long-time advocate for The Arc, was given the "I Want to Work" sign.
