About the position:

The Photo License Technician Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mission of SpArc Services by facilitating the daily operation of the Penn DOT Photo License Centers. They will work with the UniqueSource District Manager and the Director of UniqueSource at SpArc Services to ensure the License Centers are staffed with qualified photo license technicians daily. They will forge strong relationships with SpArc Services’ Employment Services team and other area service providers to find appropriate job applicants.

Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Create, manage, maintain and update staffing schedules.
  • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orienting and staffing.
  • Personnel record retention.
  • Time management/attendance.
  • Substitute as a Photo Tech as needed.
  • Job Coaching
  • Daily travel from site to site (Philadelphia and surrounding area).
  • Ensure every camera is staffed on a daily basis.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Clear criminal and child abuse history, medical and drug screen.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and insured vehicle.
  • Experience with staff scheduling for 100+ employees preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 work environment.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in a high pressure environment.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
